You've tried a thing or two already, and at this point you're not interested in being showered with a bunch of ludicrous promises like "reveal your abs in 7 days!" or "reclaim your pre-baby body in 2 weeks!" - even if you still kind of wish that stuff was actually true.
So we're not going to fill this page with promises. Instead we're just going to say this:
Wherever you're at right now - even if you hate exercise, have never stuck to a diet and are not even sure you can make a change - we will take you as we find you, listen to what you want to achieve, and help you find a way to get there on your own terms.
It probably won't always be easy. It's highly likely that you'll swear at Dorian at least once or twice during your sessions, and there might be times when you're asked to step outside your comfort zone a little.
But if you stick at it and keep showing up, you'll be able to achieve some pretty awesome things.
You might even beat your kids in a monkey bar race.

What We do
At APH Personal Training, we help people take back control of their bodies, regain their confidence and achieve things they never thought were possible...even when they feel like they've tried everything already.
Our clients are usually women (though we also work with a few guys). A vast majority are parents. Oh, and they often have full-time jobs too.
All that stuff means they are busy as hell.
We do everything in our power to make losing weight, increasing energy levels and building physical strength and confidence as straightforward as possible (even if it's not always easy).
But the thing we're most proud of? We create a fun, relaxed atmosphere that helps our clients actually look forward to their workouts, instead of dreading them.
We know that for some that's a miracle in itself!
