Meet Dorian

Personal Trainer & Nutrition coach

Hey, I'm Dorian.

I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach dedicated to helping people in Taunton lose weight, gain confidence and increase their energy levels by making health and fitness a simple part of everyday life.

Regular exercise, a well-balanced approach to how we eat and a strong mindset can all have a huge impact on somebody's life. I know that, because they have all had such a huge impact on my own life.

But most of us know the benefits of fitness. It's the doing part that's tough right?!

Often, my clients have already tried a lot of things by the time they start working with me - they've tried celeb diets, measured their food by the gram and/or thrown themselves headfirst into bootcamp-style workouts.

They've come away feeling like nothing can work for them, like exercise is some brutal form of torture designed to make them miserable, and like eating well means a constant feeling of deprivation, guilt and misery. (Ok, maybe that's a bit extreme. But they do often feel like fitness sucks.)

Maybe that's how you feel right now. I get it, because I felt that too for a long time.

That's why, if you choose to work with me, I'll do everything in my power to help you find a way to make all that stuff work for you - one small change at a time.
