I had a holiday pending and knew I needed to do something about my current body shape before donning the bikini. Dorian has sparked an enjoyment of the gym and different exercises that I'd never experienced before. He's given me some "time out" where I can think, breathe, and get stronger! Jamie H."I decided to work with Dorian on a fitness and nutrition plan to keep me active and improve my overall fitness. I am a keen runner, so one of my wants was to ‘injury proof’ my legs and improve my upper body strength, we runners aren’t renowned for that!
Dorian devised a strengthening plan to be done twice a week as a minimum and complimented by a healthy eating plan, NOT a diet! I spend a lot of time driving and away so getting healthy food isn’t always the easiest of things to do! Dorian, has taught me how to put together a balanced meal and has advised on choices and tips for a healthy breakfast and packed lunches. Dorian is not judgemental or an evangelist, he quietly encourages, understands the need or unavoidability of the odd blow out. His attitude is OK, that’s done, now let’s get back on plan. Dorian is there when you need him but never in your face, is available for an impromptu chat or a scheduled weekly call, whatever works for you. No matter what or how insignificant the issue, he always listens, absorbs what is said, questions and then guides you to your own conclusion. Since working with Dorian, I have lost weight, toned up and stayed predominantly injury free. I feel better in myself, sleep better and have even achieved a 5 Km personal best, the last one being 3 years ago! Above all, Dorian is professional, knowledgeable, encouraging and just a good guy.” |

I’ve learnt a great deal about mindset, training and how to eat well. My portion sizes have gotten smaller and I now know which foods to eat more of, and which to eat less of (some surprised me!).
